I am an Art Psychotherapist and Oxford University trained Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, with over thirty years of experience. I work with both children and adults and have held senior positions in a variety of organisations. I am a full and accredited member of The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), The Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA), The College of Psychoanalysts (CP-UK) and The British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing in the treatment of psychological trauma is an area of particular interest. I am a fully trained EMDR practitioner. EMDR is recognised by The National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a treatment of choice for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
